CCS is an approved agency to perform Third-Party Plan Reviews through the Department of Planning. This results in quick review turnarounds and a high quality dialogue with the designer. THIRD-PARTY INSPECTIONS

Inspections are a very important aspect of the construction timeline. All work is required to be inspected prior to concealing and continuing construction. For a typical project, this is performed by Building Control (Department of Planning). Due to the number of ongoing projects and the current staffing of Building Control, waiting times for inspections can be up to 5 business days (1 week). This can severely hinder the progress of a time-depending project. CCS is experienced in provided Third-Party Inspections, which allows the construction timeline to progress at the developer's pace. EXISTING BUILDING ANALYSIS
