KIMPTON GRAND CAYMAN

Kimpton Grand Cayman consists of two ten-story tower structures on Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman. One tower is a Hotel occupancy (R-1) with a lobby and mixed occupancy on the ground floor, and the other is an a Residential (R-2) occupancy Construction was completed in 2016. David Verhoeven performed all Third-Party inspections for the project in the disciplines of Building, Fire Assemblies, Accessibility, Plumbing and Mechanical. Harry VanWagenen undertook the plan review of these structures during his employment with Building Control.

SEACREST

Seacrest is a ten-story tower structure which is currently being constructed on Seven Mile Beach. CCS was employed to perform the Third-Party Plan Review of the structure.

THE WATERMARK CAYMAN

The Watermark will be a ten-story tower structure located on Seven Mile Beach. Harry VanWagenen undertook the Third-Party Plan Review of the structure with Cayman Code Check Ltd.

HARBOUR WALK
​
Harbour Walk will be a mini town center located in the Grand Harbour area. The main structure will consist of commercial office space and residential units on the second and third floors, and retail space and restaurants on the ground floor. A three-story central pavilion will be constructed, and contain restaurants, a gym and a rooftop bar. CCS was employed to perform the Third-Party Plan review of the structure.
